Industrial history!Do you know when was operating the first very large size open die press ever buil

Do you know when was operating the first very large size open die press ever built ? It was in 1929 in Krupp AG forgeshop in Essen (Germany). It was a 15,000-ton four columns push down hydraulic press, an unmatched forging unit at that period capable to forge steel ingots up to 300 tons ! We can see on the picture a mandrel forging operation with two overhead cranes to handle and turn the steel part. The only missing equipment with this amazing press forge is a large size rail bound manipulator (that were developed well afterwards) as we can see nowadays on such kind of large open die presses.
