Grinding and analyzing the raw material for all kinds of industrial waste slag (GGBFS, steel slag, nickel slag etc), relying on CHAENG(Great Wall Machinery Co.,Ltd)  industrial waste slag powder research center, and vertical roller mill ball mill testing line. The company research & development engineer team which consist of around 80 professional technicians selects the most suitable equipment model and provides detailed project design proposal according to test result, material features and customers’ requirements.

 

Procurement——equipment purchase, equipment manufacturing. It owns a large-scale steel casting base, large parts processing, and assembly workshop with strong foundry and processing capability. Vertical Roller Mill, rotary kiln, dust collector ect for turnkey project are all produced by ourselves. Auxiliary machines, reducer, bearing etc. are all excellent brands at home and abroad, which ensures the production time and the good quality of the whole project.

Construction – includes project installation, equipment debugging, technology training. CHAENG owns a professional, high-level engineering installation team which has around 100 people. They can make scientific and standardized installation & debugging for the project, to ensure the installation quality and installation progress of the project. Meanwhile, rely on company vertical mill demonstration base, to provide online operation training for the customers, and make the customers rest assured.
